Excellent customer service by the owner . Very kind and attentive he even offers snacks while you shop. Beautiful beads, crystals and jewelry. Truly a hidden gem in San Diego . I will be sourcing all my crystals and accessories from there. We are coming back next weekend-:)

My daughter loves this place. We've gotten rings and different stones. My daughter got some for my car. And I got some skull bracelets. The folks at the shop are friendly and helpful. Wide selection, good prices. And treats to boot. We will be back again and again.

Love this shop so much! Best prices all around and amazing selection of stones for 1/8 of the price of the same stones you find in La Jolla which is adjacent to Pacific Beach where the store is located. You can spend hours in here just browsing and picking out stones from their selection. Thank you to the staff for great and kind service.

One of my favorite places to do business as a jewelry maker. Never disappointed! I get all my tumbled crystal chips there, I've also picked up crystal points, as well as added several crystals to my personal collection in the form of points, towers, spheres, carved skulls! Their live Facebook sales on Monday night are a must for any crystal enthusiast!

WOW...great gem n bead shop!!! The owner is professional, entertaining, and quite knowledgeable, as well as his staff...all are friendly! There isn't much by the way of beads n gems that you can't find here! Love it!

I love Pacific Beads and always find more than I came for. The crystals and beads here are beautiful and of good quality. I have created gorgeous jewelry with genuine crystal beads purchased here. I also have many of their crystals around my home and have given several as gifts. The people at this shop are truly helpful, honest, and friendly. Shlomo is one of the kindest store owners I've ever met. He remembers his customers and gives fair prices, good discounts, and even the occasional lottery ticket. He seems able to identify any crystal, stone, or bead. Shlomo is extremely knowledgeable and cheerful, as is his staff. My dog is a big fan of this place as well!
